Challenge 
Replace 80,000 sq.ft. of existing plaza waterproofing. Waterproof wearing surface was required to accommodate difficult construction scheduling restrictions, including modification of various design elements.

Solution
Installation of a complete edge-edge application of Kemperol membrane provided full watertightness during construction, facilitating the modification of planters and fountains as part of the plaza restoration. The same Kemperol membrane was used to flash and waterproof all design elements, eliminating the need to use dissimilar materials
