Waterproof entire interior parking garage to prevent water infiltration into habitable space located below the garage.

Solution
Install odor-free and solvent-free Kemperol membrane, followed by a Kemperdur high-build aggregate surfaced traffic coating system. The odor-free characteristics of the materials avoided the possible problem of odors entering into the building and interfering with medical activities during material application.
