Kemper System Production Inc. and Kemper System Inc. merged their waterproofing, roofing and surfacing activities into one business unit - Kemper System America, Inc.

The newly created business entity is headquartered in West Seneca, NY, along with the production facility. The sales and marketing office continues to operate in Closter, NJ.

In 2010, the production facility was opened in West Seneca to meet the increasing demand for liquid-applied waterproofing systems with a US based manufacturing operation. The dynamic development of the North American market proved this to be the right decision. Today, Kemper System America, Inc. continues its' focus on strategic expansion with the addition of highly skilled and motivated sales representatives throughout the US and Canada.
