| Challenge Recover two existing layers of asphaltic built-up roofing installed over a steel deck. Difficult access made removal and replacement prohibitively expensive, and would have disrupted operation of this prestigious upscale hotel during prime season. Existing roofing had some areas of moist insulation. Owners wanted a cost-effective solution that would not effect hotel operation. |

Disruption of hotel operation was avoided due to the clean and quiet characteristics of Kemperol system installation.
