After preparation and installation of Kemperol membrane at perimeter, base flashing provided a monolithic edge-to-edge application over existing asphalt roof. Application eliminated exposure to weather conditions in the critical lab area below the structural deck.
Recover two existing layers of asphaltic built-up roofing installed over a steel deck. Difficult access made removal and replacement prohibitively expensive, and would have disrupted operation of this prestigious upscale hotel during prime season.
