Adlabs Multiplex Pune
Adlabs has newly constructed a multiplex in Pune. Central part of the roof at this project is made of Aluminum sheet roofing (size 25 x 20 mtr), in the sloping form. The water leakage was observed through the joints of Aluminum sheets and through the nut bolts fixed in the sheets. 

Product Application:
KEMPEROL V 210 was applied over these joints and nut bolts in all about 600 running meters.

Brahma Sun City Pune
Brahama Sun City is a mass housing project Located on Nagar Highway. The project would provide an accommodation for nearly 1500 families and consists of shopping mall, recreational facilities, school etc.

Product Application: The building had an expansion joint which was professionally sealed using KEMPEROL V 210. Expansion joint of nearly 1000 running meter was treated with KEMPEROL V 210.

 Bungalow Project Lonavala
The bungalow is located at Lonavala a hill station between Mumbai and Pune. The exterior walls are in RCC/Stone masonry.

Product Application: Coesol Impregnation Agent a water repellant compound was applied on all the exterior façade of the bungalow covering an area of nearly 2000 m2.

Kirloskar Bungalow project Pune
The sloping roof of the bungalow was leaking and they were looking for waterproofing treatment. The roof consists of details like gutter sections, pipe lines, open terraces and sloping slab.

Product Application: The entire roof with details was waterproofed using KEMPEROL V 210 - a total area of 700 m2. In the gutter section KEMPERTEC BB was applied over  KEMPEROL V210. On the sloping slab KEMPERTEC EP-Primer was applied over the waterproofing membrane for alkaline protection since the client wanted to fix red tiles over the waterproofing. On the sloping roof over KEMPEROL V 210 the client has fixed Red Mangalore tiles.

Emcure Pharma Pune
Emcure is a leading pharma company in Pune. The project is located at Hinjewadi about 25 Kms from Pune.

Product application: KEMPEROL V210 was used to seal the expansion joint and other critical details on the roof at this project. Total area covered with V 210 is 400 m2.

Hotel Leela, Mumbai
The Leela Mumbai is a five star hotel located near Mumbai International Airport.

Product Application: The hotel had a problem of water leakage through the entrance porch slab. KEMPEROL V210 was successfully used for waterproofing of the roof slab of entrance lobby covering an area of 300 m2.

Hotel Renaissance, Powai, Mumbai
Hotel Renaissance Mumbai is a five star hotel located near Indian Institute of technology Powai Mumbai.

Product Application: The building had an expansion joint which was professionally sealed using Kemperol V210. Expansion joint of nearly 200 running meter was treated with Kemperol V 210.

Sayaji Hotel Project-Pune
Sayaji hotels is a leading chain of hotels in India. They are building up a new hotel in Pune. The hotel is located across Mumbai-Pune highway near the Balewadi Sports complex where, common wealth youth games are scheduled in Oct.2008
 
Product Application: The hotel project consists of 270 rooms. There were three major areas in the project were waterproofing was very critical.
1) Waterproofing of wet areas in 270 rooms having non sunken slab with core cut pipes running through the slab.
2) The waterproofing of plant holders
3) The waterproofing of STP tank.

KEMPEROL V210 was selected as a right waterproofing system to treat all these critical waterproofing jobs. The total area to be treated with KEMPEROL works out to be 3500 m2.

Star Hotel Project, Pune
Pune city is holding the commonwealth youth games to be scheduled in October 2008. The sports complex or the sports city where the games would be held is build at Balewadi about 20 kms from Pune. In this sports complex a three star and a five star hotel is being built for the accommodation of the athletes/Players who would be participating in the games. This is a global mega sports event and in all players from the 71 different countries are expected to participate in the games. The hotel project is called STAR HOTEL.

Product Application: The start hotel consists of two wings one wing is a three star hotel and the second wing is a five star hotel. In all there are 490 rooms in the entire hotel complex, out of this three star wing will have-240 rooms and five star wing will have 250 rooms. Waterproofing of wet areas having non sunken slab with core cut pipes running through the slab was very critical job. We have done the waterproofing of all these bathrooms in all these 490 rooms using KEMPEROL V 210. The total area for KEMPEROL V 210 waterproofing in all these 490 rooms works out to be 5500 m2.

KPIT Pune
KPIT is a leading Company in the IT sector and is located at Rajiv Gandhi InfoTech Park in Hinjewadi about 20 Kms from Pune.

Product Application: The roof of the building consists of several Skylights. The water leakage was observed through these sky lights. KEMPEROL V 210 was used to seal the glass and frame junctions of the skylights. 100 skylights were successfully sealed using KEMPEROL V 210 covering an area of 250 m2.

Mutha Towers
Mutha Towers is a commercial complex located near Pune Airport. The Central portion of the roof of this commercial complex was waterproofed using KEMPEROL V 210.

Product Application: KEMPEROL V 210 was used for the waterproofing of the entire central portion of the roof covering an area of 600 m2.

PSPL Pune
PSPL is a leading IT company in India. The office building of PSPL has an Oval shaped Auditorium hall consisting of flat as well as sloping sections with details.

Product Application: Entire roof of the Auditorium hall was waterproofed using KEMPEROL V 210. KEMPEROL V 210 was used to cover the entire oval shaped roof with details covering an area of 700 m2.

Sahara Lake City Project
The Sahara lake city is being developed as a hill station over area of 10,000 acres of land. The city would accommodate Housing Township, Bungalows, malls, school, colleges, sports complex and entertainment facilities.

Product Application: The project consists of several wooden bungalows. The waterproofing of balcony and wet areas in these wooden bungalows was very critical. KEMPEROL V 210 was used for the waterproofing of wet areas and balconies in these wooden structures. The total area covered with Kemperol at this project is nearly 4500 m2.

Tetra Pak factory Pune
Tetra Pak factory is located at Maval about 40 Kms from Pune. The factory roof consists of several sky lights and a sloping concrete roof. There were several problems of water leakage through Skylights, Gutter sections, joints, cracks and through the sloping slab.

Product Application:
Waterproofing of the roof: KEMPEROL V 210 was applied over the entire sloping roof of the factory including the gutter sections, Skylight junctions covering an area of 5500 m2.The Skylights were also coated using a transparent PU coating.

Industrial flooring in the production hall-The production hall flooring was also coated using self level Pu based 2K poured coating covering an area of 2500 m2.

Toyota Showroom Pune
Toyota Showroom located at Bavdhan is a major landmark across Mumbai- Bangalore highway. The front portion of the roof consists of concrete roof and there was some leakage problem observed in the showroom below.

Product Application: Entire front portion of the concrete roof was waterproofed using KEMPEROL V210. KEMPEROL V210 was used to cover the roof as well as details covering an area of 350 m2.
